Head of Brand and Product Marketing
Voy is building a category-defining healthcare brand. We operate in a highly regulated, emotionally charged space where trust, clarity, and storytelling are central to growth.
We’re looking for a Head of Brand & Product Marketing to define and drive the strategic direction of our marketing. You’ll turn customer insight into compelling propositions, shaping campaigns that cut through, ensuring launches and brand moments land with impact.
This is a role for someone who can simplify complex topics, write distinct propositions and connect campaigns and launches into a coherent narrative across channels.
You’ll sit alongside the Director of Comms, Head of Content, and Head of Brand Design, operating as a senior peer. Reporting to the VP of Brand, you’ll work horizontally across Product, Growth, and Brand.
What you’ll do
Own and evolve the brand marketing strategy in partnership with the Head of Content ensuring all propositions, campaigns, and GTM activity ladder up to a clear long-term direction
Lead the development of category unique value propositions across products launches and brand campaigns, grounded in deep customer insight.
Shape the strategic direction of major brand and product campaigns, from narrative and messaging to go-to-market planning
Co-own the annual and quarterly marketing calendar with the Head of Content, balancing brand building, campaigns, and product launches
Help shape channel strategy and budget allocation across ATL, organic social, PR, and owned channels
Work confidently within a regulated healthcare environment, shaping bold but responsible narratives that build trust
Own brand growth metrics, tracking the impact of campaigns and launches on brand health and commercial performance, and ensuring everything we do ladders toward growth.
Who you are
A senior brand marketeer with strong product marketing and GTM experience
A sharp and decisive problem solver that thrives in ambiguous and knotty challenges.
A strong storyteller with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear, compelling narratives that resonate and cut through
Experienced in conducting customer and market research to drive insight and strategy
Deeply commercially minded, with an obsession for brand growth and a clear view on how strategy, campaigns, and launches move the numbers
Confident building campaigns that work across multiple channels from Social and CRM to PR and TV
Energised by fast-moving environments with multiple priorities in play
A confident, trusted leader who can align diverse teams around a clear direction and move work forward at pace.
