We are looking to hire a registered Clinical Advisor (nurses, pharmacists, paramedics etc.) to provide expert clinical guidance to patients via our digital telehealth platform. You will have a high level of clinical ownership and accountability and will report to the Clinical Team Lead.

This is an ideal role for someone who wants to challenge themselves in a fast-paced digital healthcare environment and manage high-volume virtual consultations across multiple treatment pathways in order to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care at scale. What you’ll be doing

Deliver high-quality virtual consultations via live messaging and phone calls, providing evidence-based guidance for weight loss, hair loss, and erectile dysfunction treatments

Apply clinical expertise to ensure patient safety while efficiently managing a high volume of consultations

Maintain exceptional standards of patient care while meeting service level agreements and efficiency targets

Balance efficiency with quality care across multiple patient interactions without compromising clinical standards

Communicate with empathy to support patients through challenging treatment experiences

Adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and clinical protocols in a fast-paced digital environment Able to work independently with strong self-management, prioritisation, and resilience in a demanding role

What we need from you

Current registration as a healthcare professional (nursing, pharmacy, dietetics, or related field)

Minimum 2 years of patient-facing healthcare experience.

Experience in telemedicine, digital healthcare, or remote patient consultations.

Experience performing patient assessments or triage

Strong digital literacy and comfort with healthcare technology platforms

Proven ability to manage high volumes of patient interactions whilst maintaining quality care Knowledge of weight management and/or men's health conditions

Experience with patient prioritisation and efficient workflow management
