CRM Executive
We’re looking for a CRM Executive to support the use of CRM as a growth engine, driving performance across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels. You’ll support executing in CRM and scaling CRM attributed revenue by 2x using data-driven experimentation, sophisticated segmentation, and customer-first communication and content.
You’ll work in the Lifecycle team, alongside Lifecycle Marketing Managers, at the intersection of marketing, product, data, and clinical. You’ll work-across, launch and optimise campaigns that contribute to core growth metrics: CVR, CAC, retention rate, and LTV.

What you’ll do
Support and Execute in Scaling CRM as a Growth Channel
Design and execute high-impact campaigns that drive lead conversion, BT1s, reactivation, and retention.
Work alongside Lifecycle Marketing Managers to use Email, SMS, Push, and In-App as performance channels, not just communication channels.
Write high-impact copy based on customer funnel and journey stages, while building automated flows and emails.
Use Data to Guide Execution and Strategy
Own and run AB test across all CRM channels, funnel and journey stages to optimise campaign performance and improve CVR.
Leverage tools like Looker, Metabase, Mixpanel to track campaign and funnel performance with the goal of identifying optimisation and growth opportunities.
Work alongside Lifecycle Marketing Managers and use customer behaviour data to launch trigger-based campaigns that drive higher engagement and conversion.

Experience and Skills
You have experience in designing and building high-performance CRM and email campaigns with customer-first copy
You know how to build and optimise experiments that move the needle on CVR, retention rates, LTV, and CAC
You're a strong communicator and copywriter, able to craft high-converting messaging tailored to different audience segments and stages of the funnel.
You thrive in a test-and-learn environment, where you can launch quickly, learn fast, and scale CRM campaigns and emails across acquisition and retention.
You’re data-led and comfortable running AB tests and experiments that improve campaign and funnel CVR significantly to drive real commercial impact.
You have experience using and building in CRM platforms like Customer.io
Preferred: Experience building HTML emails.
Bonus: You’ve worked in DTC, healthtech, or consumer startups where performance and creativity go hand in hand.
