Warehouse Operative

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic team in Wallingford (OX10 9SJ).
The Warehouse Operator will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

What we need from you
Ability to work on site in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, 5 days per week
Forklifting licence.
Proven ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software a plus.
Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Warehouse experience is desirable.
Additional information
Work is primarily performed in a warehouse environment, with cold storage rooms, which may include varying temperatures and noise levels.
PPE must be worn within the warehouse.
May require working occasional extra evenings, weekends, or holidays based on business needs - overtime rate given.
You will be required to work one weekend day each week.

Upon successful completion, we will invite you to an in-person interview at our facility in Wallingford, where you will speak with both the Production manager and Warehouse Supervisor.
