Netsuite Systems Manager
We’re looking for a Netsuite systems manager to manage, maintain and optimise our Netsuite ERP system across Finance, Supply Chain and Operations.
What you'll do
- NetSuite management & administration
- Maintain and optimise NetSuite, including configuration, user access, and security.
- Coordinate NetSuite updates, testing, and integrations with other systems. Ensure that any issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Ensure system stability and performance.
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across systems.
- Process optimisation and development
- Work with other teams across the business to understand their processes and how they translate into NetSuite
- Work with them to optimise and improve these processes through NetSuite
- Support teams to document their processes in NetSuite and maintain up to date and effective SOPs
- Project and change management
- Lead or participate in projects that involve NetSuite
- Implement new functionality in NetSuite which allows users across the business to deliver performance improvements and new capabilities
- Ensure NetSuite users across the business are briefed on and understand changes to the system and support appropriate training.
What we need from you
Required:
- Significant hands-on experience administering and supporting NetSuite, including NetSuite WMS, Finance and Supply Chain applications.
- Strong experience with and understanding of finance processes
- Solid understanding of supply chain and purchasing processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Drive and independence
- Strong problem solver with attention to detail
Desirable:
- NetSuite certification
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent
- Process mapping and development experience
- Understanding of system integration methods and tools (APIs, middleware, etc.).
