Supply Chain Sr. Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Brazil! You will be a key member of our Operations team, with a strong focus on logistics performance management, partner relationship support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement. You will help us ensure a high-quality delivery experience, optimize logistics operations, and provide key insights to support Manual’s continued growth. This is a high-impact role with cross-functional exposure and opportunities to shape the way we operate as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily performance of logistics partners, providing KPI updates and reporting to cross-functional teams
- Support leadership in negotiations with carriers by delivering key data and operational insights
- Act as point of contact for carriers and CX team to resolve delivery issues
- Proactively handle critical delivery cases, coordinating with responsible teams and carriers to avoid escalations
- Make decisions on reshipments, new delivery attempts, and order cancellations in coordination with pharmacies and logistics partners
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of delivery information (tracking numbers, tracking links) in internal systems
- Support logistics improvement initiatives, including testing new partners, adjusting order allocation, and creating monitoring processes
Qualifications
- Advanced or fluent English
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field - 2+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations, preferably in high-growth or tech-driven environments
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, performance management, and partner management
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and drive actionable insights
- Proficiency with Excel and logistics/ERP systems – experience with BI tools is a plus - Proficiency in English (fluency preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, with excellent attention to detail
- Humility and ability to collaborate with colleagues across countries
