Strategy & Operations Manager – Partnerships
Voy is one of the fastest-growing preventive healthcare platforms globally, built to help men and women take control of their health. We deliver innovative clinical pathways across Hormonal Health, Weight, Metabolic Health, and Dermatology, with more to come as we expand our impact.
We are scaling at pace and operating across the UK and Brazil - with new international markets launching soon. As a category leader, Voy is shaping the conversation around access to breakthrough medicines, behaviour change and care, and redefining what modern healthcare looks like.
The Role
We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to help shape and deliver our B2B growth strategy. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and delivery - ideal for someone who enjoys working across different teams, brings structure to complex challenges, and can turn plans into results.
What you'll do
- Shaping strategy: Work with leadership to define our NHS and broader B2B strategy - what we need to do to succeed, and how to get there.
- Building relationships: Work closely with senior stakeholders - both within our organisation and partner businesses - to align priorities, embed ways of working, and unlock performance.
- Delivering contracts: Once agreements are in place, design how we execute successfully - from maximising referrals through to ensuring patients engage with programmes.
- Ensuring commercial success: Bring commercial and operational savvy - helping shape bids and delivery models that are financially sound, transparent, and set up to meet referral and engagement thresholds.
- Defining the product: Take a proactive role in shaping what we build for B2B clients. Identify what will create the most impact, help prioritise the roadmap, and work closely with the tech team to bring it to life.
- Coordinating efforts: Work with the broader partnerships team, providing project management to ensure high quality and timely delivery
- Supporting public affairs: Collaborate with our public affairs lead/agency to deliver aligned messaging and gather evidence that strengthens our case with stakeholders.
- Leveraging data: Work with our research team to collect and package insights that support bids, delivery, and external engagement.
Who you are
- You’re a savvy operator: you combine commercial instinct with structured problem-solving.
- You’re a skilled relationship-builder and influencer: comfortable working with senior, experienced teams and bringing people with you.
- You bring analytical rigour: able to model outcomes, interpret data, and turn insights into action.
- You’ve managed cross-functional projects before and know how to keep multiple stakeholders aligned and accountable.
- You’re adaptable, with the curiosity and drive to work across NHS, insurers, and other B2B markets.
- You care about impact: ensuring strategy leads to delivery, results, and long-term value creation.
Why join us
This role offers the opportunity to be at the centre of our growth agenda - shaping how we succeed in the NHS and beyond, and ensuring our contracts are set up and delivered to create both impact and sustainability. If you’re looking for a role where commercial savviness, strategic thinking, and delivery all come together, this is it.
