Strategy & Operations Associate
We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate to join our Clinical Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of experience in high-growth start-ups, consulting, or operations, who is eager to take on cross-functional challenges and drive strategic initiatives that directly impact care delivery.
You’ll work closely with clinicians, product teams, and operational leaders to identify opportunities, solve problems, and execute projects that help our clinical teams perform at their best.
What You’ll Do
- Drive strategic projects across operations—from process improvement and resource planning to scaling new care models.
- Use data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Product, Data, Commercial, and Clinical to ensure initiatives are aligned and executed effectively.
- Design and implement operational processes that support efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Support business case development, KPI tracking, and performance reporting for clinical operations.
About You
- 2-4 years of experience in consulting, start-up operations, generalist operations, or a similarly analytical and fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; you're comfortable working with data and using it to inform decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to work across different teams and stakeholders.
- Self-starter mentality with a bias to action—you’re proactive, resourceful, and don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Thrive in ambiguity and are excited to work in a rapidly evolving, mission-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Looker, SQL or other data visualisation and analysis tools are a bonus but not required
