Senior Product Manager - Growth Platform
We're seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth Platform to help scale our business exponentially. You will own & evolve our category management, website and marketing technology stack. Enabling teams to launch, test and iterate on new features and experiences with minimal engineering support. This is a high leverage role responsible for building the platform that creates exponential topline growth as well as bottom line impact for the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Define and lead the long-term product strategy and roadmap across website, category management, and marketing tools
- Analyse data and conduct user research to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Establish North Star metrics and KPIs to guide product development
- Build configurable low- or no-code systems for teams to launch and manage categories with minimal engineering support
- Collaborate with design to develop scalable design patterns, components, and guidelines for the website
- Optimise the marketing technology stack for performance, efficiency, and scalability
Who you are
- Analytical thinker with three to five years of product management experience in tech-first organisations
- Proven experience owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product area end-to-end
- Comfortable working with in-house engineering teams from concept through to launch and iteration
- Exposure to internal tools, content platforms, or marketing platforms
Preferred experience
- Familiarity with telehealth or digital healthcare platforms
- Experience in category management, digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing technology roles
- Understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimisation
- Experience with design tools such as Figma or Sketch
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms like Optimizely or VWO
- Experience using web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar
- Understanding of CMS platforms
- Knowledge of marketing attribution and multi-touch attribution models
