Head of Partnerships
We’re hiring a Partnerships Manager to lead and optimise our podcast, influencer, and affiliate campaigns across key markets. You’ll be responsible for acquiring, activating, and scaling high-performing partnerships and will play a crucial role in fuelling the growth of one of the UK's most exciting healthtech companies.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with performance marketers, growth analysts, creatives, and operations to build a channel that is creative, repeatable, and ROI-positive.
Responsibilities
Partner Acquisition: Identify, outreach, and onboard new influencer, podcast, and affiliate partners based on market and audience research.
Campaign Management: Own the end-to-end execution of campaigns from contracting, activation, and asset coordination to performance reporting.
Operations & Tracking: Manage discount code creation, shipping coordination, landing page setup, and aircheck compliance.
Performance Analysis: Build dashboards, analyse campaign ROI, and use insights to optimise future activations.
Global Execution: Support international teams in rolling out partnership programs across new geographies.
Event Support: Help coordinate media and influencer events to deepen relationships and amplify brand exposure.
Job Requirements
Must-Have Experience:
4+ years managing partnerships or influencer campaigns (in-house preferred)
Experience working with tracking tools (e.g., Podscribe, Impact)
Strong track record in relationship-building and campaign execution
