We are hiring a HR Business Partner to join our pharmacy with 3 days per week on-site in Verda Park, Wallingford. You’ll help shape the heart of our operations - supporting the team responsible for dispatching thousands of orders every day to our patients across the UK.

From hiring and onboarding to performance, engagement, and day-to-day people support, you'll be the go-to HR person for our pharmacy team. You’ll have plenty of ownership to shape our People processes, working with pharmacy leadership and our wider People team.

What you’ll do

People Partnering

• Partner with Pharmacy leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support
• Implement and deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Support workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organisational design.
• Provide expertise on employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent approaches.
• Collaborate with the wider People team to deliver initiatives across learning & development, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement.
• Analyse HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
• Coach and support Pharmacy managers on performance management, career development, and change management.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and internal policies.

Talent Acquisition

• Own end-to-end hiring for the team including Pharmacists, Pharmacy Support Workers, Dispensers.
• Advertising roles and managing the pipeline of direct applicants, encouraging & managing referrals and engaging with the local community to hire top talent.

Who you are

• 3+ years in a generalist HR/People Partner role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
• Proven experience in employee relations and organisational development
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with and managing internal stakeholders, employees and candidates
• Experience with hiring including screening CV’s, interviewing and working with an ATS
