Growth Lead
We are hiring a Growth Lead with 10+ years’ experience across performance marketing and full‑funnel growth to unlock the next stage of expansion in LATAM.
Based in São Paulo (hybrid), you’ll be the first growth leader on the ground — owning strategy and hands‑on execution while building a lean, high‑impact team around you. You’ll work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with our global Growth, Product, Brand and Data teams to scale Brazil and springboard for wider Latin‑American scale.
From day one you’ll have end‑to‑end ownership and the mandate to make an outsized impact. Success in this role means profitably accelerating revenue, user acquisition and retention across all channels and products we launch in the region.
We’re looking for someone who pairs deep channel expertise in paid media and lifecycle/CRM marketing with the strategic mindset of a General Manager. You’re hungry, analytical and ready to roll up your sleeves — comfortably shifting from board‑level planning to writing ad copy in the same afternoon.
This role sits within the Global Growth team and reports into the Global Head of Growth. It’s a unique chance to shape both a market and a team from scratch while advancing your career at one of Europe’s fastest‑growing scale‑ups.
What you’ll do
- Own and deliver the Brazil growth strategy & roadmap. Define channel mix, budgets and OKRs aligned to revenue and CAC targets, spanning paid social, paid search, programmatic, affiliates, influencer, CRO and lifecycle/CRM.
Execute hands‑on. Plan, launch, optimise and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic DSPs and emerging LATAM platforms — testing creatives, audiences and bidding tactics to hit CPA goals.
Build and lead a high‑leverage growth cell. Hire, coach and manage a Growth Marketing Manager and performance agency partners; instil data‑driven rituals and a culture of rapid experimentation.
Localise the full customer journey. Partner with Product, Brand, Design and CS to adapt messaging, landing pages, onboarding flows and pricing for Brazilian consumers.
Run rigorous analysis & reporting. Own instrument tracking; deep‑dive into cohorts, LTV :CAC, incrementality and MTA to inform spend allocation.
Expand playbooks across LATAM. Package Brazil learnings to unlock roll‑outs in new regions; act as growth advisor to new‑market launch squads.
Champion brand safety and compliance. Ensure creatives and funnels meet local regulatory standards and company guidelines.
Scale what works, kill what doesn’t. Maintain a high experiment velocity, document lessons and broadcast wins across the business.
Who you are
6+ years of growth/performance marketing experience, with at least 3 years in Brazil, owning multi‑million‑BRL budgets across Meta & Google ads.
Demonstrated success driving double‑digit MoM growth and hitting aggressive CAC/LTV targets in high‑growth B2C or marketplace environments.
Equal parts strategist and executor — comfortable crafting media mix models and personally pulling levers in Ads Manager, Google Ads, Braze, Iterable or similar.
Data‑obsessed: advanced Excel/Sheets; SQL and/or Looker/Tableau proficiency; able to translate insights into clear actions for non‑technical stakeholders.
Builder mentality: you thrive in ambiguous, fast‑moving settings, make decisions with 70% of the data and bias for action.
Leadership: experience hiring or mentoring marketers; you elevate team output through coaching and structured processes.
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Based in São Paulo or willing to relocate; able to work hybrid 3 days/week.
Bonus: experience launching products across multiple LATAM markets; familiarity with health‑tech or subscription business models.
