Junior Program Manager – Weight Loss Operations

We're looking for a Junior Program Manager to help coordinate, optimise, and support the delivery of our weight loss patient programs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in healthcare, consulting, or operations who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow.


What you'll do
  • Support the end-to-end management of patient programs
  • Assist in developing and refining workflows and processes
  • Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and customer support teams
  • Monitor patient progress, flagging issues or opportunities for improvement
  • Track program KPIs and support reporting/analytics
  • Ensure compliance with medical guidelines and company protocols

What we need from you
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, STEM, Business, or a related field
  • 1-2+ years of experience in healthcare, consulting, operations or a related field
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital health platforms
  • Passionate about patient outcomes and wellness innovation
