Menopause Doctor
About Menopause Care
Led by Dr Naomi Potter, at Menopause Care, we are passionate about delivering expert, compassionate, and personalised support to women navigating perimenopause and menopause. We combine evidence-based medicine with a holistic, patient-centred approach, helping each individual find the right path through this transformative stage of life.
Our service is growing rapidly, and we are expanding our outstanding clinical team to meet the needs of even more women. If you’re passionate about improving menopause care and want to be part of a supportive, pioneering team, we would love to hear from you.
The role
We are looking for a committed and compassionate Menopause Doctor to join our clinical team. You'll work directly with patients, delivering high-quality consultations, follow-ups, and advice tailored to their individual needs — both through video appointments and secure messaging.
You'll play a key role in helping us deliver continuity of care, ensuring patients feel supported throughout their journey. This role is ideal for a doctor with menopause-specific expertise (e.g., FSRH/BMS accreditation or equivalent experience) who is looking for a meaningful role within a growing service.
What you'll be doing
- Conducting video consultations for new and existing patients, providing evidence-based, personalised menopause care.
- Managing patient follow-ups, with continuity wherever possible (patients typically have three scheduled follow-ups after their initial appointment).
- Work with the patient care team to support patients in between appointments
- Supporting clinical excellence by maintaining detailed, high-quality medical records.
- Working collaboratively with the wider clinical and operational teams to plan capacity and deliver a seamless patient experience.
- Staying up to date with the latest guidance, prescribing practices, and holistic approaches to menopause treatment.
Who you are
- Qualified medical practitioner with full GMC registration.
- Accredited (or working towards accreditation) in menopause care — e.g., through the British Menopause Society (BMS), Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (FSRH), or similar.
- Confident in prescribing HRT and managing complex menopause presentations.
- Comfortable working in a digital-first, patient-centred environment.
- Able to commit to a minimum of 2 working days per week, with set clinical sessions.
- Passionate about women's health and providing compassionate, empowering care.
- Experience in providing digital consultations to patients
- Highly organised, with excellent communication and record-keeping skills.
What we offer
- Competitive salary based on experience.
- Flexible, remote or hybrid model working model.
- Opportunity to grow with a fast-moving, mission-driven company transforming menopause care.
- Regular clinical training, supervision, and opportunities for continued professional development.
