Analytics Engineering Lead
We’re hiring a Analytics Engineering Lead to drive the next phase of MANUAL’s data evolution. This is a rare opportunity to make a significant impact at one of Europe’s fastest-growing health-tech startups.
Working closely with stakeholders across Product, Growth, and Engineering, you’ll lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our analytics engineering function.
You’ll own our dbt and warehouse infrastructure, build scalable data models that power decisions across the business, and set the standard for high-quality data delivery.
From day one, you’ll have real autonomy and the chance to shape the future of how data is used across MANUAL.
Success in this role means delivering a world-class data layer that enables fast, accurate insight generation and self-serve analytics, while mentoring a growing team of analytics engineers.
We’re looking for someone with deep expertise in analytics engineering and data modelling, but just as significantly, someone with drive, curiosity, and a bias for action. You’ll need to be hands-on, strategic, and obsessed with building systems that scale.
This role sits within the Data team and reports to the Head of Data. It’s a high-impact opportunity to grow personally and professionally while building a best-in-class data function.
