We are seeking a Director of Strategic Projects & New Initiatives to help take us to the next level. This person will take on end-to-end ownership and accountability for driving impactful initiatives aimed at enhancing our patients' journey, unlocking more growth, and driving efficiency across our business.

This person will be a key global leader across our organisation, helping drive innovation in our operational, commercial, product, and clinical delivery. They will be critical in building a world-class platform we wish to serve all of our patients.

What you'll do

• Solve strategic problems: At your core, you are a relentless first principles problem solver and will not stop until we have deeply understood the problem and delivered the solution.
• Lowest level of detail combined with long term strategy. You love to get into the weeds and get close the problem, but you are just as comfortable thinking long-term. No job is beneath you.
• Own, build and innovate: Develop and experiment with new approaches to drive growth, improve the patient experience, or deliver step change cost savings and efficiencies. You are an extreme owner.
• Instil operational excellence: You drive incredible operational discipline and are highly structured in how you work.
• Learn and iterate: You are highly comfortable with data and quickly derive insights out of ambiguity.

What we need from you

• You have 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, growth or other related areas.
• You have technical and analytics experience in building financial models and defining performance tracking to measure the success of your initiatives. 
• You have bias for action and a track record of leading initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a cross-functional team environment.
• You are familiar with the developments of AI and can apply them to our operations and delivery.
• You have led high performing teams and are effective at working across product, engineering, marketing, legal, and many other departments.
